pure calcium wire

Pure calcium wire (metal calcium solid core cored wire) is made of outer steel strip and inner calcium wire rolled and occluded; after the molten steel is refined, it is fed into molten steel by a wire feeding machine at a feeding speed of 60 -120 m/s, feeding rate is 0.8-1.5 m/t; suitable for molten steel refining calcium treatment; 

Pure calcium wire is the advantage:
1.The calcium treatment process will not bring other oxides in the powder cored wire to pollute the molten steel;

2. With high-density mandrel, the quality is easy to detect, the smaller surface area of the core wire makes it have a longer shelf life, and can minimize the calcium oxide impurities that pollute the molten steel;

3. Higher calcium content per meter and more stable active calcium content to ensure a more stable calcium treatment effect;

4.The outer steel shell of the pure calcium wire and the high-density pure calcium mandrel can feed calcium to a deeper part of the molten steel and stay below the critical depth for a longer time, thereby achieving a higher calcium recovery rate
